Sleep Paralysis and WILD

All of these SP questions caused me to raise some of my own…

The other night I was attempting a WILD. I tried to picture my body disappearing and I was very relaxed and numb. After a while I started to get this feeling, like there were ants crawling all over me. It wasn’t freaky though, just…odd. Then all of the sudden I felt completely weightless; not flying, but floating. I thought yes, this is finally it! so I tried to do an RC. What I thought was my dream body moving was actually my real body and I suddenly woke up.

Also, when I am WILDing I can sometimes see a scene in my head. I imagine myself stepping into it but never can fully make it without waking up.

So my questions are: How do you know if you are really in SP? And how can you make that final “step” into the dream world without waking up?
Any tips would be helpful. Thanks!

Well, when in SP the best way to drift off into a dream is to imagine yourself moving  (this can be hard to get) and eventually your DB will be moving, patience is the key in this state and moving too fast will cause you to wake up.

I only had one SP, that am aware of, but this night I’ve dream about having SP… What’s that all about?

I have read something to recognize the SP. If you take a spoon to your bed and lie down with the round side in your hand. You have to press with you thumb on the edge. When you get into SP the spoon will fall on the ground. When you hear this sound you will be more aware (you are most likely scared from the sudden sound) and you now know you are dreaming.

I dont have invented it myself, but i dont know who has. If you want more information search for: ‘spooning’
