Sleep Paralysis Help: Why do I always wake up??

I’m getting a little frustrated and impatient lately because I always wake up from sleep paralysis instead of being able to ride it out and enter a dream. I’ve successfully stayed in SP and entered a dream only a few times, but I experience SP all the time. This month I have had it every night on average, but nothing ever comes from it. If it happens after 6:30 AM, I’m always calm and enjoy it. If it happens earlier than that I tend to be a little scared (I’m afraid of the dark). Is there a trick anyone has come up with to go deeper and deeper into paralysis until BAM you’re in a dream?

Hmm, the first sentence seems critical in my eyes, dont be so impatient in SP since then youll most likely find yourself awake

The last sentence is a tricky one, Ive experimented to drift deeper into SP but didnt enter a dream that way, instead I was close of having an OBE

Im sorry Im no more for help :shy:

sleep paralysis is likely to happen consciously at the end of REM maybe you need to work on visualization and imagination, and WBTB ?
