When trying for Lucid Dreams or just dream recall in general how long do you recomend sleeping or at what time do you recomend going to bed? Because it’s summer vacation I want to practice Lucid Dreaming under the right conditions since I have the time. I usually stay up until 3 because I don’t get very tired and end up sleeping till about one. Also if it helps I use MILD.

You will probably have to experiment to find a sleep schedule that works best for you, but here are some general ideas:
- Practice WBTB. It helps a great deal, especially with MILD and WILD.
- Nap. I’ve had the majority of my LD’s while napping in the afternoon.
Your current schedule may work well provided it is relatively consistent, and you are not under a lot of stress. WBTB after 4.5 or so hours will greatly increase you chances. Good Luck!
