As some of you may have noticed , i have been missing from the forums for a few months. Just to study for exams etc. In the time i have stopped writing my dreams aswell.
I dont feel my recall has diminished too much and during the time i think i had a few low lucidity dreams where i was doing what i wanted but didnt realise that i could change the situation etc if that makes sense.
Anyway as im sure some of the experienced dreamers may have taken a break from it or gave up then returned, do you have any tips or advice on how to get back into it/get back to the stage i was.
I usually just start up what I was doing last that worked for me. Might take a few days to get back to decent LDs, but I know what works for me. It’s just a matter of doing those things. So whenever I get back into LDing, I just start doing again what I was doing before.
However, since it seems you don’t have many LDs, if any, I’d recommend starting the DJ back up and at least some MILD. I don’t know your thoughts on WBTB, but I find it can help with recall and at least resetting your intentions for a few minutes or so before going back to sleep. Usually when I WBTB it’s not more than 15 minutes or so, and usually around 5-10 minutes for maybe a bathroom break.

I just jump into it again. I usually browse this forum a lot to get super motivated.
