Which metod are best while falling asleep in the evening ?

Ive been trying without wbtb for long now (didnt know it was SO important ! )
But i actually feel like ive done better without than with , but that may be the times tried.(3 against 30 + tries…)
But i actually get to feel numb each evening !
With wbtb : Is it (very) important to get out of bed doing something else ?
Mom would freak out if i did every night !..
yeah hopefully. I think theres a lot of people who share these problems.
Like wen i first started trying WILD i succeeded and got the banging noises etc… (but then woke up!)
Now i cant even get to that stage and im currently in a cooling off stage.
From my experience, no technique works well from the evening. I only do MILD and WILD in combination with WBTB because otherwise succesrate is too low for the effort. Autosuggestion is a part of MILD and involves repeating a sentence to yourself like “Next time I am dreaming, I will realize it is a dream”, for a few minutes, while realy thinking of what it means. With MILD you also use visualization, where you see yourself going lucid in one of your previous dreams. This seems to help set your mind to LD. So doing MILD goes as follows: start with autosuggestion 5 minutes or so, then use a few minutes to visualise yourself going lucid in a previous dream, then again do autosuggestion for a few minutes. After 10 - 15 minutes you should quit and just let yourself fall asleep. When you get experienced with this method, you will know when to quit because you get the feeling that the suggestion has “settled in”, so to speak.
For WILD + WBTB, do it as soon as you wake up. So dont go out of bed. Some people do, but for me, the faster I start the better (you have to test this yourself what works for you).
For MILD + WBTB, you can get up and stay awake for a few minutes up to 1.5 hours, here again you have to figure out what works best. Some people have a hard time falling back asleep, so those should not stay up too long. Personally I just go to the bathroom for a piss, then drink some water and start my MILD right away.

Good there`s no need to get out of bed , mom has already detected my mobile telephone which i use as alarm , has gon off some times.
She would freak if i were out of bed for 20-30 mins.
I think i can continue using the phone after turning the vibrations off , though.
But can you use autosuggestion to wake up ?
I’ve only successfully had 2 intentional WILDs. Both were like midday. I usually have WILDs unintentionally when I nap during the day or when something wakes me up at a certain point in the night or early morning hours. Most of the time I just lay down to take a nap as usual not really thinking about getting lucid or WILDing at all and just lay there and let my thoughts wander and about 45 minutes later I’m usually always in a lucid.
I love lucid naps because I feel like I have so much more control over my lucidity than during a DILD. I don’t mean actual control once lucid, but rather when I nap I can go in and out of lucid about 20 times before it all gets too exhausting and I just decide to wake up. After awhile the process of going from lucid to vibrational stage, waiting through HI to lucid and back over and over again gets really tiring. Sometimes after these “marathon lucid naps” as I like to call them I just have to roll out of bed b/c I am so exhausted I can barely walk. They usually last 1.5-2 hours depending on how long I want to be lucid for.
So I guess what I’m trying to say is that all these methods and instructions are great and what not but you have to find out what works best for YOU, which might not be the same as others. So if you were having more success one way then another then stick with it. And good luck.
