Ok im new here, and i havnt exactly mastered WILD, but i have found out some usefull information about it and i thought i should share it with you.
-Ok i dont know if anybody else has different SP experiences but If you are WILDing you just about allways have a SP, this is only if your mind is awake enought for it.
-For anybody who is wondering what SP feels like this is my experience: I entered SP my whole body started Vibrating, I mean really vibrating, it felt like i was being electrocuted and than it felt like i was floating. And no your probably not in SP if you feel numb or tingly at least not in my experience.
-It is important when your Trying to WILD that you actually try to fall asleep, while staying awake, What i mean is if you keep your mind too awake youll just end up lying there for hours and hours, trust me i know… Its like when you normally are going to sleep, my point is, is that its may be helpfull to focus on getting your body alseep and WILDingm sorrey if that doesnt make since
- it is true Do Not Move, if you do youll just end up more awake, i know its hard to resist itching or moving, really hard, but its important to keep moving to a minimum
- Fighting the urge to move! One thing have have noticed is that when your really uncomfertable as long as you fight it long enought it will go away, and it may even come back but if you ignore everything it should eventually go away
-Try not be discorouged when WILDing it is a very flexible technique, it can happen with hypnotic imagary nothing else, only sp, or even neither, also there are Many varaiations on WILD depending on what happens.
-note: if you stay lying down long enough youll actually fall asleep but when you start dreaming it will be like your still trying to WILD, its kinda wierd.
-Its very important to relax, remember this
-WILD in my opinoin really is the greatest technique ever! i highly recomend it, i am having some trouble with it but out of all the techniques i have seen, i think WILDing is the best
-You Do NOT have to wake up after five hours of sleeping and go back to bed when trying to WIlD You CAN WILD when you are first going to sleep. and its not really that hard, (well it kinda is, but not as hard as i have heard some people saying it is) The body can go to sleep Really fast, i mean REALLY fast, your mind will just keep you awake. (besides the REM stuff and everything one the reasons waken up after 5 hours of sleep helps you WILD better is because you are much more natrually relaxed at that point) its important to relax.
