I am beginning to notice that I was more successful in gaining lucidity from the ‘wake and back to bed’ method when I was tired enough to go directly to sleep and not meditating or doing relaxation techniques first. Maybe it’s because I was entering R.E.M from a more externally aware state of consciousness, increasing the chances of being aware in the dream. I came to this conclusion because I was becoming lucid in dreams pretty much automatically before, and havent been lately. Never heard anything about this. Share some thoughts…

not any more, but a long time ago some time last year i used to be awaken by the sun shining in my face early in the morning cuz i leave my blinds on the window open,.
i used to fall back asleep very shortly after being awake for about a few minutes,. and i would have a lucid dream after that,…
they lucid dreams only lasted a couple minutes thou,…
