SP in my dream?

Ok, this might sound really wierd, but I had SP in my dream? I’ll tell you what happened:

Ok, so in my dream, I was at my girlfriends house lying on her couch sleeping, BUT I was in sleep paralysis when I was on her couch and therefore could not move. There was a really wierd little toy staring at me (almost like a furbie lol) Anyways, after a while I realized that, holy crap! I’m in sleep paralysis but this isn’t my couch and I’m dreaming! So I do a RC, right? And it works! I have 6 fingers instead of 5 lol. I then begin to walk around, but my vision was really blurry, and my body felt very heavy, and it felt like waves were all over my body. It faded out though, and I lost the dream sadly .

Anyways, I’m just wondering is this wierd or normal? I had SP in my dream, and also is my dream body supposed to feel like that? It was my first ever LD and I haven’t been able to get another one since (this was a week ago). I ate alot of ranch dressing before I slept if that helps lol

hi and welcome!

That’s normal. SP is something kinda in between waking and dreaming, so sometimes you are in SP and are simply in your bed and sometimes your leaning more towards the dream. And if you did a RC that means you were able to move (your dream body) so you got out of the SP and into your LD. Nicely done!

Thanks! I kinda just realized that I was in SP, but this wasn’t my bed :open_mouth:

You should stabilize it so you don’t lose the dream…

I’ve done the same thing. I’ve dreamed that I’ve had an OBE while IN a dream. It was complete with vibrations and “separation” and all. I was sleeping on the couch at my Grandma’s house and was sleeping there in the dream too, except the couch was in the wrong spot and other stuff was wrong. At least I thought that it was either an OBE, AP, or LD. Did that twice while I was there, actually.
