I live in Michigan and when I used to lucid dream I would have nightmares, does spring have anything that affects lucid dreaming?
I know that temperature definitely affects your dreams. The hotter the temp, (like having a fever), tends to give you vivid nightmares/wacky dreams. So the weather could very well affect your dreams. But…I don’t think the season would have any affects of making you lucid. Well… perhaps the higher amount of nightmares can trigger some lucids, but who knows. Hah
The summer will increase your lucidity definely, it is because the light of the sun. It makes you happy and less fearfull. So you have less chance get nightmares in summer unless it is not too hot .
@skwozz, it has never been proven that the sun increases your lucidity. May I ask, where you got this source of information? Also, nightmares actually promote greater lucidity, from the extreme fear/unbelievable events, this tends to helps trigger consciousness, and make the dreamer realize that whatever tramuatic event they’re experiencing is all a dream.
I know this is kindve unrelated, but when I first started getting lucid dreams, I stopped having nightmares. I had to actually make an effort to bring them back…
