I had been checking back few hours until they updated the blizzard site, and there it was! “Hell, it’s about time.” smack bam in my face. I am so excited!!
I love warcraft 3 game-play (especially the ability to customize maps) and this starcraft 2 seems just like it so I couldn’t be happier. The graphics are a good step up from warcraft 3 graphics too… Lots of people will complain though, mainly those who would rather 2d instead of 3d.
I will definately be getting this game when it comes out, in like, at least 6 months from now when it possibly comes out.
Oh my dear god! I have been waiting for this game to come out since I was 12!!! Holy sh*t!!! I’m so exited!!! The graphics look really good. I’m hoping they made everything more to scale though. In the old one the Seige Tanks were almost as big as the Factory that produced them!
Yeah, the Phase Prisim and the Warp Gate…wild stuff there, man. I wonder what they’ve come up with for the Terran and Zerg sides to balance that ability out. I was pleased to see that one of the main goals in SC2 was to further differentiate the races, because in SC1 sometimes it felt like you were using the same race, just different graphics. Just so long as they retain the balance that made the game so great in the first place…

Orcs and humans were totally the same except for the spells of their casters but even they were very similiar
What races will everyone focus on? I’ll probably focus on the Zergs… my name might suggest the Marines but… oh what the heck I need to see how they all play before I can decide!
BTW can someone explain to me what happens so far in the campaigns of starcraft 1? I never played the campaigns, I got the game after I had warcraft so I wasn’t bothered to play them. – thanks!!
