I started to seriously practice this last October, and after a week or so I managed to get 2-3 lucids per week.
However, I’ve had a break for a fairly long time now (probably 10 weeks or so), and I’ve just recently started doing this again.
I tried WBTB two nights ago, but I didn’t get any lucid dreams that time, and last night I felt excited and imagined what it would feel like, but didn’t get any lucids that time either.
However, I have noticed that on both occasions my dreams have felt more “present”, in the sense that I could actually control my own movements to some degree, and sometimes I was able to decide what to do - the only problem was that I didn’t actually stop and think, I just assumed it was reality.
What do you think of my progress at this rate?
When should I expect to get the lucid dreams again?
Yeah I hope so.
I believe I had a fair chance last night though, because I have vague memories of looking at my watch in bed and that it was 11:00 AM, and then a little later it was suddenly 9:30 AM.
Maybe I was in a dream and then woke up?
Yeah, I started adjusting my sleep times this monday so I always go to sleep right after midnight and get up at 8:30 AM (so I can try the “get-up-one-hour-earlier-than-normal” thing with WBTB later), and I’ve always written down the dreams I have;
I also practice Lucid Living during the days as much as possible.
I must say it seems to make some fairly exciting progress, because every night I have been able to recall 3 dreams, and I’ve always had at least one dream where I have talked about lucid dreaming with other people.
This morning I felt like I shifted a lot beteen waking and sleeping, and thought about lucid dreaming a lot.
It feels like I’m getting close now, or at least I hope so.
