Stressed/Tired...

Hey, I’ve been kinda tired lately for apparently no reason. So, after analysing my habits the only thing that has changed are my daily tries of WILD/MILD/VILD (that and College…). Do those affect us in any way? I must also note that I’ve only been successful twice, and that was before I’d be tired.

Its surely not the case of Lucid dream attempt.

Being stressed out can affect your sleep! I know because I have a rough day of college tomorrow, which is why I’m still awake at 4:30am posting here! If you think you’re current techniques for lucid dreaming are causing trouble, try stopping for a few nights.

Maybe you should stop LDing for like a week and recall if that week was better. As I dont think LDing affects your waking live in a negative way I think a free week could help anyway, maybe it’s just that you try too much or so.

Make sure you’re getting every hour of sleep you can. How much are you sleeping per night on average?

I concur with the others about taking a week off. Just forget about LDing temporarily and get as much sleep as you can. If you start to feel stressed…decide not to feel that way. It sure isn’t easy, but it can be done.
