success

Well this happened about last week or even earlier.
I had a mid level lucid dream. I dont remember doing a reality check. I could just tell from my suroundings that i was in a dream world.

I was flying and using jedi force powers to levitate things and move them. I think I beat the crap out of some one too.

Here is the training program i stuck to. It took about three weeks by the way.
I kept a dream journal. Almost every day. I did my reality checks only when certain things happen throughout the day. Using this table as a guide from this web site. members.aol.com/Aarenka/vision.html

Daily Targets

SUNDAY:
The next time I see a pet or animal.
The next time I look at my face in the mirror.
The next time I turn on a light.

MONDAY:
The next time I write anything down.
The next time I feel pain.
The next time I hear my name spoken.

TUESDAY:
The next time I see a traffic light.
The next time I laugh.
The next time I hear music.

WEDNESDAY:
The next time I eat a vegetable.
The next time I see a red car.
The next time I turn on a television.

THURSDAY:
The next time I hear a phone ring.
The next time I check the time.
The next time I read something other than this list.

FRIDAY:
The next time I see the stars.
The next time I use a toilet after noon.
The next time I open a closed door.

SATURDAY:
The next time I watch a commercial.
The next time I run.
The next time I unlock something.

I also was supposted to catalog all my dream signs in four catagories, which I never did. So I had a large amount dream diary to read through, catagorize, and then catalog in a second book. I did this all in the course of two days, which took a long time. lot of back work. I think this gave my mind a serious dose of LD training.

And i belive that next night or that night i told myself “I will become aware that I am dreaming” over and over and stuck “I will have a lucid drea” in there every five times i said the other. as i do almost every night.

And it worked. The sensation of flying and levitating objects was very real. Now heres the bad part. I started my summer job and I have to be up at 7 am which im not used to. I totally stoped recording in my DJ. Totally stoped doing my reality checks. I have a lot of catching up to do now.

So from me to all of you. Dont get lazy and stick to your training program no matter what!!

Tomorrow im going to get back into the fold and go to GNC and get a s!@# load of vitamin B.
any particular vitamin B i should buy?

Best is a vit b complex…

Choline and vit b6 are the most important…

good luck!
