Hi…. Just had some expereince with the above. I have been in the habit of talking to myself I mean out loud (coping mechanism after my mother died few years ago)when nobody’s around and I notice that certain words linking to memories of people or events pop up in my dreams. It’s like I say it then I take a nap or sometimes few hours before bed and I’d dream the things I said. I even dreamt about lucid dreaming or something related to reality check after I talked about it out loud with intent because I was frustrated and needed to vent out. So maybe I may have stumbled on something that may make lucid dreams abit easier…by saying out one’s opinions and feelings about lucid dreaming and of course doing a reality check saying it and doing it instead of the usual reed of intent .
