Teaching someone to LD

Y HALO THAR!
First off, let me apologise if this is the wrong forum. I decided to put it in Quest because it is technically about learning to LD, but please move if this is wrong. :3

So, back on topic. After having given a speech on LDing at my school, a large number of people have approached me asking for advice on how to lucid dream. I’ve told them about the basics (keeping a DJ, RCing regularly etc), and directed them to this site, but more often than not people seem to demand personal tuition of some kind.

My question is, has anyone else ever taught another person, or group of people, how to LD? If so, how did you do it, and how did it turn out? If there are any resources on how to teach LDing on here, a link would be much appreciated.

Thanks for reading - I await your replies.

Czaranis.

Well, I made a presentation titled “How to lucid dream” to my english class, but nobody really seemed to care about it. They just looked bored and haven’t said a single word about it afterwards. I guess they thought it was just something crazy I made up…

I have to deliver an informative speech to my finnish class (other class) soon, maybe I could try the same subject again but explain it differently.

Good luck with your other presentation!

I was honestly surprised by the reaction to mine - from what I’d read of other people telling their friends about LDing, I was expecting it to be something like the reaction to yours. In reality, though, it took me longer to answer the questions at the end than it did to actually present the speech. So far, I’ve just been redirecting people to ld4all.com/forum :content: but the constant pestering and being called ‘lucid dream sensei’ (I have no idea where people got that from) is getting annoying…
