Because of my low rate (naturally but unaturally long interval), i guess i should mention why i got lucid only thrice.
I’ve mentioned before i’m doing MILD + WBTB, but i’ve been skipping it alltogether. What i’m mostly doing is doing guided meditation, RILD (Reading Induced), dreamscape incubation from RILD (falls under TILD Textual Induced), but most often of everything, i surf this site listening to LD inducing MP3 titled “Trance in the night”.
Well or you could tackle all you problems at once, and get a decent sleeping schedule, or at least do your best to make it as regular as you can. It will increase LD chances a lot + WBTB becomes more easy. If you want to LD, then bother, it’s the key!
I know, but i got a bigger problem. I was nudged off scheadule by my friend living in the room straight next to me (i’m with dad, living with his “girlfriend”.) and so he accidentally screwed my sleep, and i awoke 4 'o clock and couldn’t sleep then.
Where did you make that list of Lucidity Levels, btw?
