Telapaths, Empaths And Mind Readers

I have a queston for you the reader. Is there any evidence what so ever of these things? I mean obviously it would be cool if they do exist but come on, everywhere I look on the internet there is no skepticism. Everybody excepts this stuff as the truth. There is no proof. Thoughts?

I have my own proof…

i once called a psychic to get some healing done and they knew i was planning on hocking something into a pawn shop so i would have money to pay for it… i swear i did not tell them this was my plan i didn’t say a word about hocking something in but they said to me “don’t hock your guitar in just to see me” so unless it was a very lucky guess the psychic must have read my mind.

Three things:

  1. Yes, there is proof. Enough for me. Yesterday I successfully 4 out of 5 things right in a round of telepathy practice. I have also correctly scanned for someone’s age within a few months.

  2. There’s a BIG psi topic for a reason.

  3. If you can’t find anyone that’s skeptical, you aren’t looking hard enough.

I’m skeptical, FYI.

I don’t believe empathy would require work nor does it deal with “psi”, per se. You can pretty much tell how a person feels by posture, facial expression, voice, etc.

As for “proof”, do you mean a proof that tells someone that something’s true, or do you mean a proof as in a scientific laboratory sense? Because proof by using the latter would be an article I’d like to get my hands on.

theres alot more to empathy then you think , empathy is not just looking at their expressions , voice etc. Its actually knowing how they felt. for example if someone was stabbed while you never knew how it felt. with empathy you would know exactly what it felt like to that person.

Empathy has many layers, from being able to feel in detail sensations that person has to just knowing how someone is feeling without the speaking of even looking at that person.

We all have some empathic ability, much of this is tied in with audio or visual stimuli. But it’s something learned from childhood, it’s one thing to say that a cat can tell when another cat is angry because of how they move their tails and their posture and facial expressions. But with humans this isn’t the same.

Humans are much different, different people do, say and act differently to the same emotion. Some even show no outward stimuli, body language or otherwise, but we can still tell even on strangers. So is it just posture, facial expression and the rest or is there another underlying possibility that we can just sense these things? Even if it’s just so small that it makes you subconsciously think this person is X - and then look for any possible bodily confirmation.
