Do like this. Get an old vinyl player. than you do like this: take your favorite song put the needle in position. than you use a timer so that the power will be turned on in the morning. and then you go to sleep. And inte morning you will wake up when te record starts playing.
I have tried to to this with diffirent methods but this is the best unless you have a clock radio which play cd´s.
In my oppinion the best piece of music is Debussy´s version of Erik Satie´s Gymnopedies no1. Its so chilled!
The best way to wake up for me is very, very slowly. With no annoying dogs barking outside my window or the guy across the street mowing his lawn. And definitely no telephone to ring at eight o’clock in the morning and rudely wake me up (mind you, everybody says I sound like a corpse when I answer the phone in the morning, and I always forget to pass on their messages, so it serves them right for ringing that early, lol).
Yep, slowly is the best way definitely, with that sounds of birds chirping, the sun shining, and a breeze coming through the window, curled up next to a big cuddly “bear” who isn’t grumpy at all.
Okay, Okay… /me sends DM to Anam’s with a big red ribbon and a note “Here’s your new cuddly teddy bear. P.S. Let us know what the best way to wake up in the morning is DM style.”
LOL! I think I may know of the style of which DM speaks So IMO “cuddling” with a big bear is slightly better.(Maybe just a female thing) But of course that depends on the morning…some are different than others…
Best way of waking up…Gliding down from a high tree during a beautiful autumn day and landing on a soft cloud of cotton candy (that’s not sticky of course). Then stretching, opening your eyes and knowing you can share the moment with people who’ll enjoy your experience.
It always takes at least an hour or two for me to properly wake up in the morning. Unless someone drags me out of bed and throws cold water on me, but thankfully that doesn’t happen too often. Heh. Oh, but if I have time, a shower always helps quite a bit.
the best way to wake up is to trick yourself into getting up earlier than you normally get up.
i always lie in bed going “oh man it’s 6 o clock, i have plenty of time to sleep” then i wake up and go “oh man it’s 7, i still have plenty of time to sleep” then i wake up and go “oh man it’s 8:00 already! well i still have an hour to sleep” then I wake up at 8:30, 8:40, 8:45, 8:50… etc… then I’m like “man the alarm is going to make me drowsy” but i don’t get up.
then the alarm goes off right as i drift off.
so last night i set the alarm to 8:46 and told myself it would help me wake up better.
well sure enough i did my usual wake up a lot in the morning and say “yay i can go back to sleep for a while” … then one time I woke up, it was 8:45… I was about to lie down to go back to sleep and then the alarm went off just a second after looking at the clock.
i then turned the lights on and layed in bed for a while then got up.
that’s a much nicer way than having the alarm wake you.
Today I did not really wake up in the best way possible… After alarm went off, I dozed off a little and saw some HI appearing. I saw a heap of big grey rocks… I approached them slowly… more slowly… and suddenly one rock fell down the heap, releasing what seemed like a subterranean growl coming from the dark gap where the rock was first in place. The growl suddenly made me jump up, straight awake, heartbeat going like 200. Lol I was still shaking ten minutes later…
