I want very much to know if the Lucidity Institute in the present just like it was in the book of Laberge and Rheingold has a number, a little number of old but very good lucid dreaming induction devices like Dream Light or the old Nova Dreamer for people very poor in the world who want lucidity in dreams by postal mail at the institute in US. Please very,very much reach the information about a little number of devices for very poor people in the world. I want to know this information. I need very,very much an old but very good LD device without money by postal mail. 
First, I haven’t really ever heard of LaBerge making charity, no such thing is in EWLD, the book you mentioned. He’s a scientist like many others, and his is a product like there are many others on the market. Plus it’s quite costly, I bet the idea of giving away the last pieces has never crossed anyone’s mind. You can always have a go at contacting them if you still feel so sure about that.
Secondly, you don’t really need any kind of device to Lucid Dream. Believe you can, and you will. I got there myself this way. Read of good dreamers, get inspired, and imitate them. That’s all you really need.
