The purpose of this exercise is to improve your concentration and enhance your imagination facultys  
Soo lets begin  
first sit down relaxed  
Clear your thoughts  
let the images , that might be floating around in your head fade  
…  
Now concentrate on seeing this symbol before your inner eye

try to only see that symbol  
the longer , the better

/me is curious how long ppl manage to hold it

its not for an illusion, its for concentration ,and you can use any simple symbol(the one i used innitially i cant find nor create cuz im bad at photoshop and the like)
