Anger
Let me explain it better. Every time a human being wakes up, and hasn´t filled his need to sleep, the body uses a mechanism. That mechanism is anger. And that anger makes us to go sleep again. Do you see my problem? Whenever I WBTB, I´m totally PISSED! So because of that, I cannot relax -> No WILD
I think this is a common problem. So now It´s time to fix it!
If anyone has any tips, how NOT to be pissed when doing WBTB, please post 'em.
You’re supposed to go to sleep again. But think about it, it’s silly to get angry. You decided yourself to wake up at that time, you know it is only for a while. So with that in mind you can wake up and know that you will be going back to sleep soon, and it will help you have lucid dreams. It will be all according to plan. if you are tired when you wake up it is a bonus, because if you are not tired, how are you going to sleep?
It is not an automatic reaction to get angry, it is your own psychological reaction.
You can control the anger by staying aware of how you feel, and decide that you don’t want to be angry. With practise, you will greatly reduce your anger.
yea i feel so angry when i wake up. wanna break windows, kick someone etc. and talk to myself “hey, u’re so angry cuz u’ve just woke up. so, take a deep breath”. it works cuz u know why u’re angry and u feel relaxed.
