There’s already a technique named TILD, so I simply added a letter. I got thinking of this when I remembered an experience I’ve had as young (younger!). I think I was five years old, and I was lying in my bed. I hadn’t had anything to drink for a while and I didn’t want to get up and get a glass of water (I was really afraid of the dark). Anyway, I remember having like 5 dreams in which I got so thirsty I just couldn’t stand it no more and went for a glass of water. Everytime I realized that I was dreaming I woke up (Either I realized or I woke up after I had finished my drink). And 5! Five opportunities I got, but I was only 5-6 years old and had never ever even heard of Lucid Dreaming.
Instructions:
1. Make sure you don’t drink anything before going to bed. If you’ve just had a nice glass of water, you might want to eat something salt.
2. Make sure that by the time you’re ready to go to sleep you’re so thirsty you can’t think of else.
Before going to bed, tell yourself that you will not drink anything tonight and if you do so, you will do a reality check and you will realize that you’re dreaming.
3. Now, go to bed. Relax while thinking about how thirsty you are and how nice and easy it would be to just get up and get a glass of water. After a while you will probably find yourself standing in the kitchen with a glass of water, and you will realize you’re dreaming.
Please try this technique and give me a feedback about how it worked.

That technique is based on the same concept but mine is done (a bit?) different.
