HEHEHEHEHE! IM SO EXCITED! The hand method gave me another LD last night. i looked at my hands in my dream and i had 10 fingers on one hand. and it hit me…I WAS DREAMING. i was upstairs at the time and i then flew downstairs by jumping off the banaster. it was amazing. im pretty sure i had full lucidity because i could remember things from RL and i touched mirrors and i used powers and i made things appear. it was so awesome and realistic. i even got cold when going outside. it was crazy. this hand tech is the one for me 
Hmm, looks like I need to add it into the wikibook if nobody else will.
I don’t know why I still haven’t read that thing properly.

i tried that technique last night but there was one huge problem…
in my dream i was a bird with wings… lol
well in actually fact, everyone was. lol
but even if i was human i dont think it would work just yet…
some how i keep on forgetting to search for my hand in my dream… any ideas??
^In RL whenever you see or think about your/someones hand look at your hands and move them back and forth and say. I am dreaming.

yeah exidez that same thing happened to me last night. except for the birds wings… I forgot to look for my hands in my dreams.
either that or wierd things happen to me and I say to myself in dream “oh thats normal” WILD keeps me awake even if I am using WBTB. And I dont seem to be getting results from MILD other then dream recall. 
Search them every night until you find them. It worked very quickly for BenDrummin58, but generally you’ll have to be a little more patient !
Remember your dreams and see if you didn’t lose them. If you really intent to find your hands, you’ll find them in your dreams, though you not necessarily become lucid the first times you find them.
If you don’t remember them, it’s that your intent of finding them is not strong enough.

Also…for more info that basilus was replying to, wake up in the middle of the night and tell yourself u will see your hands in your dream. this got me full lucidity on the last night.
