This seems to work alot.

I just noticed a few techniques i have been using recently for WILD (of sorts)
basically once i am relaxed and i start to picture a scene, for example i walk up to someone, then i put ALL my energy and really think HARD in punching him, actually almost do it (but dont move at all) and all this concentration (i see my fist move forwards towards him etc) and that throws me into lucidity,
(as soon as i concentrate long enough (about 3 secs, 4 secs) i get a vibration sensation and everything fades to black and i am just standing there lucid. i can then form my dream and enter it, though i usually just stop there and go to sleep because i like sleep:P

another one i do more commonly is SCREAM(not really, just in the half-dream state before dreaming or lucid dreaming)
force all my concentration into screaming something like “I AM LUCID!”

Not bad, I might try that one now.
