Thought on increasing dream recall

I’ve had pretty decent dream recall over the past few weeks but still there is the occasional night that I will have nothing to write in my dream journal.

One day last week I set my alarm to 2:00 in stead of hte normal 6 in an attempt to WILD. I have the problem that my alarm clock does not always stir me from my sleep, so that night I slept through it, and woke up at 6:00 anyway. My alarm clock is set to play music from my I-pod, so I tried listening to the songs that should have played while I was sleeping. I didn’t recall anything from doing this but has anyone else had experience with this?

As for waking up at a specified time to do WILD, maybe you should try autosuggestion. It can work remarkably well. That is, unless you are too tired.
Nothing wakes me if I am simply too tired. :tongue:
