Just thought id share this whit you lovely lot.
In my latest lucid dreams about halfway through i will start to have a strange sensatio in my eyes brows/nose/head like a throbbing of a heartbeat it doesnt bother me much during my lucids but id like to hear naything you know about this weird sensation

You say this happened halfway through a lucid dream? Sounds as though you were becoming aware of your body, and experiencing sensations often associated with WILD. Other sensations could include flashing lights / colours, numbness (or even soreness), paralysis, strange noises (whining, clicking, scratching) and a host of variations.
You’ll get used to these as you experiment with lucid dreaming, and particularly when attempting WILD.
I have attempted WILD in the past and experienced bodily vibrations that sometimes moved their way from my torso to the crown of my head, which does indeed feel like a strong throbbing sensation in the brows.
When I awoke from my only proper LD I was immediately subjected to these same vibrations, though I believe this was because the dream was abruptly terminated and my body did not have time to properly wake up. Maybe these sensations are present while we sleep and since you are lucid you are therefore aware of what your body is experiencing.
