Timing

On normal weekday’s i usually wake up at about 7 am. I have to get ready for the day, get dressed etc. and leave at 7:30 am. This is not enough time to record my dreams, especially for me because i’m a slow writer and i fill about 3 pages of my DJ with each dream.
I have considered waking up at 6am. But it seems if i do that, i find that i remember no dreams, or very very little. (shorter REM period)

Draw the general idea, and write it throughly when you have time?

Type on a computer? (If you are faster at it)

Try going to bed slightly earlier as well as getting up slightly earlier, after you have done this for about a week your sleep pattern will change and you will find your recall will return to normal. It has the added advantage that you will have more time feeling wide awake in the morning before you have to leave to go wherever you need to go.
