Do you guys have total control in a ld and always know whats about to happen and what not?
What I thought was, that you controlled yourself in the dream, granted, you could create and control the dream, but isnt it possible to just… let the dream “happen” while still being able to control yourself in a ld?
It’s definitely possible to just let the dream happen while being Lucid. You have control over the dream to a degree, but you don’t know what’s going to happen unless you make it happen, so it’s usually fun to just be lucid and let the dream do what it wants, with you changing bits as you go.

It would be boring if you controlled EVERYTHING.
I don’t have total control over my LD’s and I don’t know what will happen. I just have had two moments when I understood I could change everything… but what I chosed to change was rather stupid and limited.
I think LaBerge is advising what you say, that is, it’s better to let the dream happen BTW and not to want absolutely to control the dream. But it’s so funny to change some things sometimes…
