I did all the the WILD guide said to, and I counted to about 300 and I started seeing swirling colors, and my focus went out.
At that time, I also started to slow down while coutning, and occasionally just stop, then resume.
At one point I thought I could see some sort of animal running, and I tried to get a better look, but it felt like I was floating up. I could really FEEL like I was staring up at the sky and being lifted up. I tried to go back down, but I couldn’t. Then lightning flashed outside and everything stopped.
Was that the beginning, was there anything else I could’ve done to help that?
Id just try and keep you mind quiet, you know keep the words out of you head and try to just focus on the imagery or the feeling. If what I think was about to happen, when tou get to that floaty feeling just picture yourself rising up or out of you body and youll be close enough. Of course if that was your first sleep of the night, than it would most definitely be an OOBE, because dreaming generally happens after about 5 hours of sleep durring the rem cycle.
