Two last question :P

How do you wake up from a lucid dream ?? It has always troubled me :-/

And another question… seeing as I’m can’t post experiments in the lab…

When you have your next lucid dream could you test this for me (maybe you have already done this):

What would you see if you ask to see the most magnificent scenery ?? Like, stand in front of a door, and say : When I step threw this door, I will see the most wonderful place ever… (stuff like that)

What did you see when you did this ?

Well, lately, i’ve been more concerned about NOT to wake up…
Anyway, usually just closing my eyes and thinking about my body in my bed does it…
When i have pre-lucid nightmares, i just scream as laud as i can, it always wakes me up…

You can, if you subscribe to the researchers group… :content:

Depends on how much you believe in it i guess…
If you really do, you’ll probably see what you expected, if not, you might just see something completely different…
I rarely get to succeed with the door thing…

Most people put a lot of effort into trying to not wake up - but if you wish to wake up, it’s easy enough .

You could try closing your eyes and start thinking about waking up.
You could try going to sleep in the LD
You could just try and force your RL eyelids open (which feels odd).

To see something realy good - you don’t actually need to say anthing. Simply expecting to see it will probably do the trick (although talking does help).

The thing you have to remember - there is no right way to do anything in your LD’s. Say whatever you think you should .

I’ve often thought of that, I should make it a goal for my next LD. The closest thing that ever happened to me like that is when I tried to transport to the Jersey Shore by stepping through a door… but I ended up in a supermarket. :bored:
