i was just wondering if anyone new what types of meditation are used to induce LDs???
I don’t know if I can call it meditation, but here is what I do to practice WILD. I breath in my stomach (not chest, it’s better this way) slowly, and then I relax my diaphragm in a way I don’t slow down exhaling. During exhaling, I focus on a part of my body or muscle I want to relax.
The trick is to choose a position in which you won’t move if you relax your muscles enough.
