Well, I had 2 LDs so far - and both came in the night after a day at that I did lots of uncommon, exciting things like jumping from a 10 meters high roof into a lake, climbing on very very high walls, etc.
I think that it definitely has to do something with that, but is it that I was so tired after each of the days, or something else?
Also the ND s that I had in those nights were very vivid and clear, and my DR was nice in the morning…
That’s a very interesting observation. I think that it is possible that you might have been tired, which might have induced the LD’s, but more importantly, I think it has a lot to do with the activities themselves. I have a theory, and it could be completely wrong, but here it goes. Maybe it was that you were caught up doing stange thing in RL, while knowing that you were awake. And maybe that mindset carried over into your dreams, but you slowly realized you were dreaming. Does that make sense? If not, feel free to PM me! Again, this is just my theory and it could be totally wrong.
No, you just happened to have really good DR that night. I think.
I don’t know why your LDs were unusual, that’s the standard layout of DILDs I believe. People here don’t talk about DILDs very much. I think it’s because they are more simple than the otherd. WILDs are talked about a lot because there’s the SP buisness, and it is the most interesting. I’m not sure though because I’m still a complete newb at LDing.
I’ve never seen you here before, so I shall say hi right now.
I think the better DR indeed has to do with those activities. When you on a regular basis do new fun things tho keep your braing vivid and give it new things to work with, you start to live more concious. Because of that you also start to dream more concious. Since you did a whole lot of new fun things that day you got a nice DR.
