"Use your mind to..."

I have a tool that trains Lucid Dreams,
but it now says, hold your arm up and stare it the object then use your mind to make it move.

but how?
I tried to conecentrate on it, but how do I do it?

How to Use my mind to move it?
How do I have to feel doing it?

Hi, I’m not quite sure what you are asking.
I’m guessing you are asking about how to move an object in your dreams.
If this is the case, it might be easier to try to use an object to help you. You could for example find a remote control that allows you to control the object. Once you have gotten used to using the control, you could try to do it without the control. Accepting that the control is not necessary.

I think the problem isn’t that you are doing the wrong thing, it’s that you are still too accustomed to the laws of reality. It will just take a little time to get used to it, that’s all.

Am I right in assuming this is what you meant? :peek:

Well, I know how to now,
but now I still have a problem:
Once I have a dream, I don’t know I dream, And I automaticly DONT do reality checks

Can someone help me!

That is what blocks most people from having LDs.

Either you wait for a dream wich will be different, or you may instead make sure you recognize recurring Dream Signs.

And how do I recognize recurring Dream Signs???
Is it like teaching yourself it to do it automaticly? In real life too?

Well. Dream mindset is different from reality mindset. It’s like your mind is in different state. Actually, it is. So when you wake up and remember dream, think about what happened from dream point of view, remember how you was thinking in dream, don’t worry to much, just say to yourself “ah, i will do RC next time i feel or think like that”.

Hope that helps

To recognize frequent dream-signs, nothing beats reading you own dream journal. Once you have a few dreams recorded, you can read them and spot common themes. Once you have your dream-signs you can train yourself to do RCs in real life when you see a dream-sign. That will then hopefully carry over to your dreams too.

Doing RC’s automatically probably won’t happen; I was told to do them constantly during your waking hours and as it becomes a habit you may end up doing it in your dreams. Hasn’t happened to me yet, but it will :content:
Your dreamsigns are your own, but things that have made me lucid include: water (In a few dreams I will touch it and not get wet) things that seem “out of habit” for example my last ld came up because I entered my garage to find our minivan parked at a diagonal; my parents are too meticulous for that, and I’ve had a dream within a dream (became lucid there, went back to original dream then lost lucidity). You’ll have to find them on your own.
I’m pretty intersted in this tool that trains for lucid dreams; how does it work exactly?
