I am trying to make a video called control panel loses control i done a screen capture of the control panel and drew all the frames on paint i could save the picture to a site but i can’t make a video of them on a website so if i save the pictures to a website could someone make them into a video i want writing above the video saying the name of the video (control panel loses control) and underneath the video a hit counter and a mail thing so people can forward it to everyone and hopefully it’ll go all around the world the frame rate should be 1 frame per second and the video size i want 1000x1000 pixels

You have all these screenshots 1000x1000 pixels?
Use something like coffeecup.com/gif-animator/ to make an animated GIF. PS your file is probably going to be really big.
Yeh, sheesh 1000 x 1000 is a huge size to work with!
Sorry, no point asking me to do it, I only work with tiny avatar sized animations.
Sounds like a job for flash/shockwave type animation?
