About VILD… It seems like the right one for me, since I like the WILD method because of the ease of control, but don’t want to use WBTB too.
My first question is this: Does it matter how vivid you imagine the incubated dream?
And the second question… What if you make a mistake? Like you’re going to look up at text saying Reality Check, do a reality check, then sit up, but instead you sit up then do the reality check. Should you just ignore it, and move on?
I would probably say that not worrying about it is best. I’m no expert on this, but i reckon if you expect it not to work, then it’s less likely to work.
I would reccomend just trying to keep the visualisation as consistent as possible, and planning and practising it beforehand. Rememer that you must visualise from a first-person point of view though, just like in a dream.
Good Luck
(If anyone wants to correct me on any of this, feel free.)
Well, it could work, but I’ve never heard of anyone having a succesful VILD attempt without first-person visualisation… but around here, we’re always open to new ideas, so try whatever seems right to you
