some might consider me a good lucid dreamer, since i was 15 and read about it , i have been able to have them usually every day ,
edit : i accidentally wrote 65 what i meant was 15 !
but sometimes i do not put forth any effort and so they may be low level lucidity or sometimes not at all,
well,
visualization is the greatest thing i’ve discovered to lucid dream, i basically go to sleep for a while, and before i have to get up , i will just pretend, visualize, try to remember either where i was last in a dream before i woke up and visualize that, or i visualize something i want to do , and it is really helping me to find myself in lucid dreams that are satisfying and fairly long
of course chaining, remaining absolutely still when waking up from a dream, is a crucial key in having dreams be as long as we want them to be .
visualization + wbtb is probablyt he most powerful way , and i know a lot of us will say , myself included
but its sooo hard to visualize, but the solution to that is to either practice visualizing an object or a person or a place , and do the practice even a few minutes each day , or to find a picture or something or stare at an object, memorize it, and then practice
the visualization skill does not seem to need ot be very strong at all, my ability is fairly weak, but it is still giving me lucid dreams.
the most powerful method i’ve found for myself over years of dreaming is chaining though, but this usually only gets you a lucid dream after a regular dream ends, but it is basically , remembering what you were dreaming about after you wake up , then not moving, and thinking about how you want the dream to continue, then you go back to that exact point.
