I bought some of this stuff at a 7-11 yesterday night, drank the entire bottle up to when I went to sleep (About 2-3 hours). Even though I had the intentions of pulling off a WILD, it didn’t work. But I had the most vivid dream. I’m more than positive that the Vitamin Water had something to do with it.
Well, I have been attempting WILD (and only WILD) for quite some time now. Messing around here and there to see what is most comforting for me. What works, what doesn’t. That is including nutrition.
Water, Coffee, Chamomile Tea, Green Tea, Vitamin B Capsules, Choline Bitartrate, Galantamine, Chocolate, Cheese, etc, etc, you get the idea. haha
Some work, some work really well, some don’t work at all. Maybe it could be because I am consuming specific kinds of nutrients for me to have extreme vividness in my dreams. Maybe it’s a placebo, I don’t truly know. But what I do know is that if I do have a LD, or even something close to it, groovy! I’m getting somewhere.
Just one of this wellness products i guess … not sure
What i am sure though is that most probably the dream intensity really was due to the vitamin water … the ginkgo maybe plays a role in this too since its known that it helps getting oxygen to the brain cells through widening the blood vessels …
more brain activity = more dreams (?)
I love that vitamin water stuff… the label says something like deionised water with crystaline fructose, whole bunch of vitamins and minerals with fruit juice. Tastes heaps nice and really good for you too. I think they have about 4 different flavours that i’ve seen… i drank a purple one today called rehab… the label descriptions are funny too.
I am curious if you had any success with just water? I think the topic of water was discussed in another forum a while back. But it is important to keep yourself well hydrated to stay healthy, and that includes your brain. If your body and brain is well hydrated you should be able to have more vivid dream recall.
Honestly, water is my best friend (kidding, haha). Although I haven’t noticed a dramatic change in vividness, I believe that when starting out with LD’ing, good ole high quality H2O is the way to go.
Really? I had no idea. I’m gonna have to check that out. Thanks for the info!
Hmm… those “Nutrient Water” bottles look very similar to the “Vitamin Water” ones. They look like they come in the same flavors, too… I’d bet they probably have the same stuff in them. They just have slightly different names and are from different countries.
I remember I once tried the focus Vitamin Water before bed too, with some chocolate. I wasn’t lucid, but I remembered some pretty vivid dreams.
