I was wondering: I once read something about some vitamins helping with dreams. Which are they? What are the effects? LDs? Better recall? Vivid dreams?
People seem to cite the B vitamins, particularly B12, as helping with your mental faculties. I think if you take a good multivatamin you should be fine, they have everything in there and more.
ginko biloba can help with recall, im using it right now and finding good results. theres a forum in here somewhere for more info
Started taking this general vitamin supplement a while ago…no differenence so far. =/
