I guess it’s an usual biphasic sleep schedule to first sleep 4,5 hours, then stay awake for one and a half hours and then sleep another 1,5 hours (total of 7,5 hours), but could it work? Usually biphasic sleepers do exactly the opposite - first a nap of 1,5 hour, then core sleep after another 1,5 hours.
Does anyone here actually feel less tired when they use WBTB?
Do you really need to spend all your time with lucid dreams in this interval? Wouldn’t meditation be equally beneficial, as it would help you become more self-conscious? I use Holosync an hour per day, and it’d be useful to do this in this interval so that it wouldn’t cost any more time during the day.[/i]
now that you say that i realized that after WBTB i feel very relaxed. i used to only do WBTB on the weekends when i had some time to sleep in, but now that its summer, and i dont have school but work almost everyday, i started doing WBTB just about every morning. i have to wake up for work by atleast 7am and i try to go to bed between 11-12pm. i’ll set my alarm for 5:00 when i want to WBTB. when i get up at 4:30, ill have a Vitamin Water: Focus and read the forums a bit. i usually feel very tired and worn out at this time, but after i go back to bed and wake up again at 7, i feel almost energetic. i find its VERY easy to wake up for the second time, while the first is almost impossible to drag myself out of bed
How do you feel for the rest of the day? You keep feeling energetic?
Oh, and I’ve got a really good hint for getting up the first time: set a timer so that you sleep 4:30 hours (don’t forget the ten minutes or so to fall asleep), which is 3 sleep cycles. Worked for me.
