WBTB HELP!

i’ve been trying wbtb recently. I’ve done it before with success, but i stopped trying to ld for a while and now im back in it. I tried WBTB the other day, waking myself up 4 and a half hours after i fell asleep. at 3:30. I couldnt fall asleep. At all. I layed in bed for about 4 hours. I tried theta binaural beats with no success (they’ve never really worked for me) and I tried reading a bout lucidity, but i never was able to go back to sleep. Any tips on falling back asleep while doing the MILD technique?

first and foremost try to find out when u ll get sleep naturally…have good sleeping habits…
If u r not getting sleep after WBTB few suggestions:

  1. Try reading Lding articles in small font. it ll make ur eyes tired and u ll feel sleepy.
  2. Do Alpha Meditation and progressive relaxation of every muscles in ur body.
  3. dont be too worried about not Lding and attempt to sleep naturally.
  4. Ask someone to do head massage for u. i find it useful in inducing sleep :tongue:
