i’ve been trying wbtb recently. I’ve done it before with success, but i stopped trying to ld for a while and now im back in it. I tried WBTB the other day, waking myself up 4 and a half hours after i fell asleep. at 3:30. I couldnt fall asleep. At all. I layed in bed for about 4 hours. I tried theta binaural beats with no success (they’ve never really worked for me) and I tried reading a bout lucidity, but i never was able to go back to sleep. Any tips on falling back asleep while doing the MILD technique?

first and foremost try to find out when u ll get sleep naturally…have good sleeping habits…
If u r not getting sleep after WBTB few suggestions:
- Try reading Lding articles in small font. it ll make ur eyes tired and u ll feel sleepy.
- Do Alpha Meditation and progressive relaxation of every muscles in ur body.
- dont be too worried about not Lding and attempt to sleep naturally.
- Ask someone to do head massage for u. i find it useful in inducing sleep
