Now that it’s winterbreak I’m getting back into lucid dreaming but I’m experiencing a few issues. Before, I would be able to lie completely still and get through sleep paralysis and then lucid dream. Now, I have to change positions like sleep on my side in order to fall asleep.
Even after that, my dreams aren’t recognizable and I wake up every few hours after WBTB. If I don’t do WBTB, I sleep for like literally 10 hours straight and I don’t recall a single dream.

-there is food’s that can increase your dream recall like banana
-i am having this situation…i solved it by eating popcorn(food that increase your dream recall) using auto-suggestion to remember my dream’s…in order to do WBTB you have to set your alarm 4.5 or 6 hours after you sleep…or you can use auto suuggetion to wake up after every dream.
-there is also when i don’t recall any dream i just lie still…and try to remember the first thought i had after waking up…its allway’s about the dream that i just had and the dream just come back to my memory piece by piece.
after using what i said last night i recalled 4 dream’s…pretty good i think consedring i didn’t remeber any dream for about 27 day.
I suppose that’s because you were back into lucid dreaming, you stop with that and now you need to get a grip again. I know because I was practicing WILD before and I stopped to try another tech and I could WILD almost every day but I stopped for a week and I still have problems with inducing WILD. I need to get used to it again. I guess that’s the situation with you too.
