These last couple of nights I’ve been waking up (not alarm, just telling myself to) after a dream. My intention is to try MILD to achieve a LD but the dreams I’ve woken up to are mostly nightmares or bad dreams I really wouldn’t like to go back to.
I was wondering, as the techniques I’ve read for MILD include trying to “go back” to the dream you remember… has this ever happened to you, with a nightmare? Have you ever had a “lucid nightmare”? Or if you wake up from a bad dream you just go back to sleep without trying to get lucid?
Just wondering what people do in those cases
