I’ve been pretty unsuccessful with almost all types of WILD but I think that’s because I’ve been doing it before bed. I’ve decided to try waking up later, like 6 hours past sleep, to try WILD. I use an alarm clock to wake me up, and I find that when I reach to turn off the alarm, I tend to forget my dream. When people talk about waking up later in the night for MILD and WBTB, do they mean waking up with the internal clock, autosuggestion, or an alarm clock? And if without alarm clock, how do you condition yourself to wake up when you want?
For the beginning , most use alarm clock i believe , there is also the method of conditioning yourself for it , but that’s a bit more complex (but it works …)

keep using you alarm (if you want) and get used to waking up at that time, then tell yourself to wake up at the same time like for exp, (I will wake up in 6 hours for WBTB) something along the lines and since your body would be used to waking up with the alarm it can do it all by itself, make sense?
