WE NEED TO INVENT A WILD DEVICE!!!!!

Hey all!

I think I just might have a brilliant idea. If you are like me, and you can’t concentrate too well on keeping your mind occupied while trying to WILD, read on! :content:

I want to invent something that could help us WILDing peoples. If I can invent something that would tap one’s body every second, one could keep their mind focused to WILD.

This is where you guys and gals come in. I need help to invent something that can be safe to sleep with and tap my arm/hand every second. I keep coming back to clocks for some reason. Maybe I could hook something to a face clock to brush my arm every second. lol I need some ideas! I know we could all come up with some awesome idea to help newbies or LDers with dryspells.

WE CAN DO THIS! :lmao:

Just set a metronome going, or concentrate on your heartbeat. If you’re still enough and pay attention you can actually feel your heartbeat shifting your body.

I agree with the above post. My heartbeat is quite strong so I can feel it even when I’m occupied with something.

Another way is to sleep with your arm over your chest, this will help to feel the heartbeat and has helped me once.

Those are great ideas! I think I’ll try those. I guess good concentration just takes practice, eh? lol I mean, for Pete’s sake, I FORGET to concentrate. It gets old quick.

another idea (i have never done a successful wild but lets roll with this idea?) a watch type thing, we use a toy car motor that is geared really low so that it only makes 1 rev every 5 sec powered with a pen battery, put ‘arms’ with brushes or polished metal on the armature of the device (spinny bit)

•small
•lightweight
•always on your arm

but i dont know how quiet we can make it , toy cars have that annoying buZZ.

can also be used as a MILD prompter , much like the dream nova ©
would also be fairly cheap, tell me if your interested in building that, ill also try it out.

First thing to pop into my head was a tab dripping water, but that would get the bed wet.
No concentrating on your heartbeat works or as suggested just use a metronome.

That is very cool of you, but you don’t have to! :content:  I found that just meditating 5 min. a day has helped me. I also realized that I don’t want to rely on outside help. But that’s just me.

Just remember any physical stimuli will make it’s way into your dreams, so be sure it’s something you can think you can live with that won’t mess with you dreaming experience :content:

I don’t know if it’s work but :
If we sleep with something that beeps and we concentrate on beeps do we will WILD?

no
