Weird awekenings

hey everyone . Recently i have been having these weird awakenings . i mean like when i wake up i feel mildly paralized. its like everything is in slow motion and fast motion at the same time. its hard to explain. anyways my body feels so heavy when i woke up like that. my fingers were as heavy as like remote controlls ( as it seemed ) and i dont know i had these feelings of screaming when im in this state. usually they happen right after a dream. If anyone had the same feeling and knows why it was like that please tell me lol i would greatly like to know >!

I do have that sometimes but only during False Awakenings, or after half-succeded WILDs…

Are you sure you are really awake when it happens ?

Yes i know i am awake becuase i have done a multiple of RC’s and ive only had 1 ld before so im pretty sure it wasnt a false awakening

Maybe it could be partial SP? I have also had dreamlike feelings after waking up, so much that I thought it was a FA, but, again, I was awake. I couldn’t really walk, and things were kind of…moving. It stopped after I got in the shower.

mh. That’s interesting, i often have SP but once i’m up and wild awake, i don’t feel any residual feelings from it…

Hmm… dunno. Sounds like partial SP but it’s probably just you being really tired or something. Maybe just the altered mental state after your first LD messes with your brain for a while or until you get used to it. Meh. My 2 cents.
