k this was my second time trying WILD and I really didn’t think I was going to get any results. Anyways I did a WBTB at about 4:25 and looked at how to do WILD’s here then went into my bed again at 4:55.
So first off I started counting 1- I’m dreaming, 2- I’m dreaming and so on while tensing the muscles in my feet then relaxing them and tried to do each individual muscle I could do untill I got to my head. Finally I got to my head and I had still been counting and imagining myself walking down stairs. Now when I was counting I wasn’t the most concentrated on the counting I should’ve been but I was still really focused.
Anyways I do the relaxion starting with my feet and up to my head a second time while still counting and imagining I am walking down stairs. Then once I finished with that I realized I was really relaxed and a minute later I had SP and couldn’t really move.
Then this the weird part. So I’m still counting but not as focused on it and very slowly. Also I’m trying to kind of look into my eyelids to see any HI. So I’m just looking around for these colors or pictures and all of a sudden a huge rush just flows from my chest area throughout my body. Right when this happens I see my eyelids repeatedly close over my eyes as HI and so this huge sensation is just flowing throughout my body and all I can see are my eyelids coming down and down again. Then my heart starts to beat really fast and I can feel it easily. So I wanted to try and get into a dream with a HH but this just kept going on and on so I waited about 45 seconds after it started then just opened my eyes.
Could someone tell me specifically what happens to them right when they enter the hypnagogic state? What really happened with the rush throughout my body? And just how they do WILD’s?
