Thanks for the help,
sleeping on your back is minorly less comfortable, therefore it is likely to keep you (more) awake, also meaning its harder to fall asleep on your back,
for the fan i’d guess that if you put it on softly in stationary(first setting, not rotating that is, i’d guess) it might make you drowsier, any other setting is likely to disturb you and wake you up
technical tips on awareness increasing…
keep a DJ
try to keep your eyes open till you fall asleep(very hard)
look up WILD and do that(even harder i’d guess, but if it works you will be lucid(99% of the time XD))
Thanks very much for the info;
and one more thing, why is it that sleeping on the back makes you more aware and the wind from the fan makes you drowsier?
probably because when you fall asleep you can have a sense of air rushing past your face, so as long as your hair doesn’t blow around it’s probably going to help you get to sleep, and sleeping on your back forces your body to flatten your back(out of the double-S shape) slightly, which is uncomfortable(i think it works like that, i prefer lying on my belly with my face to the side, or completely on my side)
So in other words, the fan is your ld enemy ,
but seriously thanks again.
