The “Where are they now topic” is now locked… since sometimes the person asked after has been recently posting
So if you are wondering about someone you should -

1. Find an old post they made (the date of the last visit will be shown under the avatar)
2. If you found a post, click the postcount (a list of all posts will then be seen) or
3. Use the search button at the top of the forum and make a search for all their posts (one of their last posts may have mentioned the reason for their absence)
4. PM one of their close forum friends (they will often know the reason)
5. You could try sending the member a forum pm (some members get an email notification when they are sent pms)
6. Oh and finally, member’s privacy should be respected. If you do not actually know them well, you shouldn’t start sending them emails asking why they left.
