I have to say that I am new in LD.
So last night was my first night to try on LD.
I read many techniques from many sources and I ended up with one that “Keep telling youself when you slept that you are dreaming.”
So i experienced very difficulty to sleep last night.
I end up being in the interrupted sleeping, I was using “sleeptracker” watch that allow you to track your sleep. It’s just the device that indicate that your body moves or not. Then they can analyse it as interrupted interval or actual sleep period (when your body paralyze).
Back to my last night, I ended up having 35 interrupted moments over my 8 hours sleep. Which I actually felt it when I shortly awoke and went back to sleep again.
So I was dreaming and then I was kidda realize that I was dreaming then I woke up.
I tried to go back to sleep again but when I closed my eyes, I was there in the dream. I’m not sure because I was thinking that or imaging that. Then I was kind of blackout. This thing occur several times to me last night. Just dream, realize wake up and then close my eye (not sure that go dream or imaging by myself) then black out. Then dream something again.
This sounds weird and I think it’s hard to understand with my skill of language to tell what’s exactly like.
However, I just want to ask Have you guy ever experience something like this that maybe you can’t tell that you are dreaming or you “force yourself to think that you were there in the dream.”
