I had my first lucid dream this morning, and im just curious as to what method it is.
I had a horrible hangover this morning and was up for about an hour puking then went back to sleep and ended up realizing i was dreaming as my vision was pissing me off until i realized i was dreaming and it went perfectly clear. It was the strangest thing, i ended up thinking what if i dont wake up, and started getting worried, but i ended up ignoring those thoughts. I did the breathing and clock reality checks numerous times to make sure i wasnt in reality as of how real everything felt.
But long story short, was it a wake back to bed one?
